1.Can you produce bamboo boards in custom sizes or specific structure?
Yes, we specialize in custom manufacturing. We can customize dimensions and shapes based on your drawings or requirements.
2.Are our products made from 100% solid bamboo?
Absolutely. All our products, from bamboo strips to finished boards and bamboo products, are crafted from 100% solid natural bamboo. Our process involves pressing selected bamboo strips together under high pressure, resulting in dense, durable, and solid material suitable for furniture, kitchenware, and other bamboo products.
3.What colors are available for your bamboo panels?
We have 3 bamboo colors: light, normal and dark ( deep carbonization).
4.Are you a trading company or factory?
We are a Chinese manufacturer with over 10 years of experience producing bamboo products including bamboo boards, bamboo chopsticks, bamboo cutting board, and bamboo slats for venetian blinds.
5.What are payment terms and how long is the delivery time?
We accept T/T only. 30^ deposit payment according to our PI. And the balence payment can be done when we mail the copy o the Bill of Lading.
Normally our delivery time is about 30-45 days after receiving the deposit.
6.What is the minimum order quantity?
For bamboo board, our MOQ is 200 m2 for our new customers' trial order to check our quality.
For other bamboo products, our MOQ is 2000 pcs and minimum order amount is 10,000 RMB.
